On the pristine, spring-fed Loon Lake...  192 acres, 50' deep, sporting trophy-sized salmon and brook trout! (ice fishing prohibited)...  Quiet (no motors allowed on lake)... A fly fisher's dream (no fishing with live bait fish permitted - worms are permitted).

   

 

$1,650 per week July, August, Thanksgiving week, Christmas season, and February vacation week (only available by the week during these times).

All other times:  $1,600 per week...  or $350/night, 3 night minimum... or $800 for Friday & Saturday nights.

Absolutely no smoking please.

Check in at 3:00 PM on Saturday;  check out at 10:00 AM the following Saturday. 

Up to two dogs allowed ($100 each per week or $15 each per night, plus security deposit (see below));  not permitted on furniture and must be crated when not supervised by an adult.

Modern conveniences include: washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV, DVD, VCR, radiant heat in floor, generator with automatic switchover in the event of a power outage, telephone, Weber gas grill, KitchenAid mixer, stainless steel appliances.

Canoe with 3 life jackets.

Lots of books, puzzles, DVDs, and videos.

Master bedroom with queen bed on 1st floor with private bath.  Two bedrooms on 2nd floor with shared bath: one with double bed; other with two twin beds.  All mattresses are Italian Luxury Impressions with memory foam.

Downstairs bath has vintage claw foot bathtub.  Upstairs bath has walk-in shower stall.

Loft and living room both have futon couches, each with a premium futon mattress.

Ping Pong table in loft.

Linens and bath towels provided.

Charming Maine decor.

House is 26' x 36'.  Covered porch is 8' x 36'.  Deck is 10' x 34'. 

Security deposit required:  $500, plus $100 per dog.  Will accept credit card number in lieu of security deposit;  credit card would only be charged in the event of damage or excessive cleaning.

Payment of rent and security deposit due with reservation.

Credit cards accepted.

Cancellations must be received in writing 21 days prior to the reservation.  All monies previously paid will be returned promptly, less a $100 cancellation fee.
